Does AI-Ready™ guarantee that my business will be mentioned?
No. The audit documents findings and limitations in the analysed sample and recommends priorities. AI answers can change over time.
Is this an official certification?
No. It is an independent analysis service with a proprietary checklist and human review: it is not a certification from OpenAI, Google or Perplexity.
How much does the service cost?
AI-Ready™ Hotellerie costs €120 VAT included; AI-Ready™ Business costs €149 VAT included. Both are one-time payments, secure via Stripe.
How long does the report take?
Your report is delivered between 24 and 48 hours after the service starts, following payment confirmation and receipt of the required information.
How long is the report available?
Your report remains available online for 12 months after delivery. You can download and keep the PDF.
Is it a subscription?
No: both services are one-time payments, with no subscriptions or automatic renewals. Additional services require a separate agreement.
How do I withdraw from the contract?
If you purchased as a private customer acting as a consumer, you can withdraw within 14 days of the contract being concluded: use the “Withdraw from the contract” page on this website or write to social@wizardagency.it — sending it before the deadline is enough. Details and the model form are in the Terms of sale and service.
What support is included?
Support for the request and for questions about the report is included in the price: write to social@wizardagency.it. No 24/7 support, unlimited consulting, new analyses or free revisions are provided.
Can I buy as a private individual?
Yes: the services are open to businesses, professionals and private customers. A private customer acting as a consumer keeps the rights provided by law, including the withdrawal described in the Terms of service.
What does it mean if my business does not appear?
Its name or website was not detected in the completed answers from that test. It does not mean the business is absent from every AI system.
Are website changes included?
No. The report identifies priorities. Your team can implement them, or evaluate them separately.
How does payment work?
At the end of the order form, with secure payment via Stripe. You will see the summary, terms and applicable total before paying.
My business is part of a group. Which URL should I provide?
Use the page representing the business to be reviewed, even if it is a subpage of the group website. Describe the requested scope in the order form; any limitations are checked before analysis.
