Scope of this notice

This notice describes the processing of personal data while browsing ai-ready.it. The website presents the AI-Ready™ services and provides access to the purchase journey. Order forms, payment and withdrawal requests are managed on wizardagency.it. For processing related to purchase, invoicing, performance of the service and customer communications, please see the Wizard Agency privacy notice.

Data we process

While you browse ai-ready.it we process the following categories of data.

  • Technical browsing data: IP address, requested resources, request times and technical browser information, required for the operation and security of the website.
  • Consent preferences and records: the choices you make in the banner, managed through Cookiebot.
  • Measurement data: if you accept statistics, Google Analytics collects the pages visited, views of the service pages, clicks towards the order form and pseudonymous browser and session identifiers.
  • Campaign origin: campaign parameters (such as UTM parameters and click identifiers), stored in the browser for up to 24 hours, within the limits of the actual configuration and the relevant consents.
  • The configured events do not include name, email, billing details or the content of requests. Pseudonymous identifiers remain personal data: they are not anonymous data.

Purposes and legal bases

Refusing statistics does not prevent you from browsing the website or purchasing. No advertising pixels or marketing measurement campaigns are active: marketing consent is not required to use the website and, if these tools are activated in the future, this will only happen after this notice has been updated and the relevant consent collected.

  • Operation and security of the website: the controller’s legitimate interest in making the service available and protecting it from abuse (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
  • Management and documentation of consent preferences: compliance with the applicable obligations on consent (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
  • Optional statistical measurement: the user’s consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR).

Providers and recipients

These providers process data for the operation of this website. The providers involved in purchasing and delivering the service are listed in the wizardagency.it privacy notice.

  • Authorised personnel of the controller.
  • Cloud infrastructure, hosting, content delivery and security providers, which process technical browsing data to deliver the website.
  • Usercentrics A/S (Denmark), for consent management through Cookiebot.
  • Google, for Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics 4.

Transfers outside the European Economic Area

Usercentrics states that consent data is processed within the EU/EEA. Measurement data collected with Google Analytics may be transferred to Google LLC in the United States: the transfer relies on the EU–US adequacy decision (Data Privacy Framework), to which Google LLC adheres, and on the standard contractual clauses set out in Google’s data protection terms. Technical infrastructure providers may also process technical data outside the EEA under their own terms and contractual safeguards. Information about the applicable safeguards and, where applicable, a copy can be requested from social@wizardagency.it.

Retention periods

  • Consent records (Cookiebot): 12 months from consent registration, according to the provider’s documentation.
  • Google Analytics user- and event-level measurement data: 14 months, according to the setting configured in the property.
  • Campaign origin in the browser (sessionStorage): up to 24 hours.
  • Technical and security logs: for the time strictly necessary for the operation and protection of the website, according to the hosting infrastructure configuration.

Your choices and your rights

You can change or withdraw your consent at any time using the “Cookie preferences” command in the website footer. Withdrawal does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal and stops any subsequent sends; it does not automatically and retroactively erase data already collected.

Automated decisions
