AI READY™ TERMS OF SALE AND SERVICE

1. PROVIDER AND CONTACT DETAILS

2. SCOPE AND SERVICES

These terms govern purchases of AI Ready™ Business and AI Ready™ Hotellerie. The selected service and its price are shown in the summary before payment.

The analysis covers a sample of public pages and resources on the specified website. Protected, inaccessible or unverifiable content is identified as a limitation in the report.

AI Ready™ Business includes an audit of the website and offering, a sample of AI responses to three relevant questions, an online and PDF report with evidence, human review and three operational priorities. Business AI checks use OpenAI tools; they do not constitute a guaranteed comparison of three different engines.

AI Ready™ Hotellerie includes technical checks of the accommodation property's website and three checks using relevant questions through the OpenAI API with web search, with a final online and PDF report, evidence and human review. These checks are not searches performed in the ChatGPT app and do not include Gemini or Perplexity. Findings distinguish presence, lack of a match and inability to verify, with explanations by topic. Operational priorities remain separate from observed findings.

If an included check cannot be performed, Wizard Agency explains the limitation; customers retain the remedies available for services not performed or not meeting the agreed specification.

3. PRICES AND PAYMENT

AI Ready™ Business: €149.00 including VAT, one-time payment.

AI Ready™ Hotellerie: €120.00 including VAT, one-time payment.

These purchases do not include subscriptions or automatic renewals. Additional services require a separate agreement.

Card payment takes place on Stripe's hosted checkout, reached through the order process managed on wizardagency.it. Full card details are entered in Stripe's interface, not in forms on ai-ready.it or Wizard Agency.

Customers must provide accurate billing details. Wizard Agency manages tax documents through Fatture in Cloud in accordance with the applicable treatment. Stripe's payment receipt does not replace the invoice.

4. REQUESTS, ORDERS AND CONTRACT FORMATION

ai-ready.it presents the service and allows customers to start a request. Details may be collected on ai-ready.it or through a linked form on wizardagency.it. Wizard Agency S.r.l. manages orders and the payment process on wizardagency.it.

Submitting a preliminary request alone does not incur a charge or conclude the paid service contract.

Before proceeding to payment, customers review the service, price and details, identify themselves as a consumer or business/professional customer, read and accept the terms and, if purchasing as a consumer, may make optional early-start choices.

The contract is concluded when payment for the order is successfully completed, as confirmed by Stripe. A cancelled, declined or pending payment is not a completed purchase.

Wizard Agency emails the order confirmation, applicable terms and recorded choices within a reasonable time and in any event before starting the service. This confirmation records the purchase already concluded. Customers can retain this information.

5. REQUIRED INFORMATION AND SERVICE START

Customers must provide accurate information about their activity, the URL to analyse and the contact person, and specify a website they are entitled to submit for analysis. They should not provide credentials or unnecessary personal data.

The service starts only after payment is confirmed and the necessary information is available. Wizard Agency identifies any missing information and communicates the service start.

For consumers who do not request early performance, work starts after the applicable withdrawal period expires. For consumers who validly request an early start and for professional purchases, work starts after the checks described above.

6. DELIVERY, ONLINE ACCESS AND PDF

Delivery takes place between 24 and 48 hours after the service starts, not after merely submitting a form. The 24–48-hour period does not promise delivery immediately following payment where information is missing or the withdrawal period must first expire.

Customers receive an email linking to the online report and downloadable PDF. Every report undergoes human review before delivery.

Online access is available for 12 months from first delivery. Customers can download and keep the PDF. The service does not include continuous monitoring or periodic updates to the analysis.

The 12-month online access period is separate from internal data retention. The privacy notice explains retention purposes and periods, including different operational, contractual and accounting requirements.

Wizard Agency informs customers of delays or technical problems; customers retain their rights concerning performance of the contract.

7. SUPPORT, CORRECTIONS AND EXCLUSIONS

Support for the request and clarification of the report are included and available at social@wizardagency.it.

New analyses, larger samples and additional consulting are not included unless agreed separately. This exclusion does not cover correction of errors attributable to the provider or other statutory remedies for failure to perform or improper performance.

Continuous 24/7 support, unlimited consulting and changes to the customer's website are not included. Implementation of actions identified in the report can be agreed separately.

8. USE AND LIMITATIONS

Customers may retain the report and use it for their activities, with their team and appointed advisers.

An item not detected in the sample is not necessarily absent from the entire website. AI responses relate to the questions, tools and time of the checks and may change.

The sample does not measure the entire market. Results do not guarantee mentions in AI responses, rankings, traffic, bookings or economic outcomes.

AI Ready™ is not an official certification and is not affiliated with, approved or certified by OpenAI, Google or Perplexity. These limitations do not exclude the provider's responsibility to perform the agreed service or the customer's mandatory rights.

9. CONSUMERS' RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

Consumers may withdraw without giving a reason within 14 days of the contract being concluded, without prejudice to further statutory protections.

Withdrawal may be communicated to social@wizardagency.it or by post to the provider's registered office through an unequivocal statement. The form below is optional. Sending the statement before the deadline is sufficient to meet it. A signature is required on the form only if it is submitted on paper.

An online “Withdraw from the contract” function is also available at https://ai-ready.it/en/withdrawal, linked from the service pages and the order process on wizardagency.it. It allows customers to identify the contract, provide an electronic contact address and confirm their statement. An acknowledgement on a durable medium follows, containing the statement and the date and time of submission.

Exercising withdrawal is separate from subsequent administrative assessment and processing of any refund.

10. EARLY PERFORMANCE AND REFUNDS

Consumers may request that work start before the 14-day period expires by making two separate, unticked declarations:

“I expressly request that the service begin before the 14-day withdrawal period expires.”

“I acknowledge that I will lose my right of withdrawal once the service has been fully performed.”

Payment, the start of work or merely accessing the order page does not automatically remove the right of withdrawal. Loss of this right requires full performance and the consents required by law; it is not inferred from a “paid” status alone.

If a consumer withdraws before full performance after validly requesting an early start, a proportionate amount for the services actually supplied up to the withdrawal notice is payable where provided by law.

Following withdrawal, payments due to be returned are refunded without undue delay and within 14 days of Wizard Agency being informed of the decision, using the same payment method unless expressly agreed otherwise, without fees for the consumer. Any proportionate amount legally due remains applicable.

12. PRIVACY, COMPLAINTS AND RIGHTS

Acknowledging the privacy notice or accepting the terms does not constitute consent to newsletters or advertising.

Consumer protections apply to purchases made for purposes outside the customer's trade, business or profession. The statutory consumer right of withdrawal does not automatically apply to professional purchases.

Italian law applies. Mandatory consumer protections remain unaffected, including applicable protections of the country of the consumer's habitual residence and the jurisdiction of the competent consumer court.

13. VERSION AND CHANGES

The terms displayed and accepted for the specific order apply and are retained with their version. Later updates do not retroactively change contracts already concluded.
